This was the final project for Milton Scheuermann's 'Drawing Techniques for Architects,' an elective course at the Tulane School of Architecture. It was a pleasant activity after finishing second-semester studio, as it allowed me to use finer technical skills that had gone unexercised throughout the semester.
The beaded crucifix in the background space of each panel is the symbol of the city of Pisa. It provided historically appropriate visual 'filler' for empty spaces in the composition.
Though the Tower is one of the world's famous works of architecture, graphic information in the form of plans, sections, etc., was difficult to locate. I magnified the only plans I could find by 800% to fit them to the scale of the panel.
